People's Participation in Integrated and Sustainable Development

We firmly believe in the power of collective action and community involvement to drive meaningful change. Through our projects and initiatives, we strive to empower individuals and communities to actively participate in their own development journey.

Priority on Women, Children, Environment and Health

CRDS places special emphasis on the welfare and empowerment of Women, Children, and the Environment. Our efforts are geared towards creating opportunities for their advancement and ensuring their well-being through various developmental activities.

Livelihood Promotion and Rural Training

We are committed to enhancing livelihood opportunities for rural populations, with a particular focus on women. Through skill-building workshops and training programs, we equip individuals with the necessary tools and knowledge to thrive in their local economies.

Watershed Development

CRDS is actively involved in watershed activities aimed at conserving and efficiently managing water resources. By implementing sustainable practices, we contribute to the long-term environmental and agricultural viability of the region.

Agricultural Development and Value Addition

Our organization works tirelessly to promote agricultural development, including horticulture, cultivation of bio-diesel plantations, and the cultivation of herbal, medicinal, and aromatic plants. We also provide support for processing and value addition, helping farmers and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) maximize their agricultural produce’s market potential.

Water Harvesting and Conservation

We advocate for and support water harvesting and conservation initiatives to address water scarcity issues in rural areas. By harnessing rainwater and implementing conservation measures, we strive to ensure sustainable access to clean water for communities.

Animal Husbandry and Pisciculture

CRDS is committed to raising awareness about prevalent diseases, including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-B, Tuberculosis, Cancer, and more.
